The Fall 2019 One Room Challenge™

The Fall 2019 One Room Challenge™ (sponsored by Better Homes & Gardens) runs from October 2 through November 6, and three designers will be featuring the LIFECORE Hardwoods Collection in their designs, including LIFECORE Anton Fresh Aire, LIFECORE Anew Gentling, and LIFECORE Abella Moderna. Week Five Update

We’re heading into the final week of the One Room Challenge, and our designers are making huge progress! Jewel’s moved on from the living room to finish out her kitchen, but not before adding some beautiful finishing touches with her door hardware.

The dramatic gold accents pair perfectly with the design of the room and the subtle sophistication of her LIFECORE Anton Fresh Aire floors.

Erika’s LIFECORE Abella Moderna floors are in, and they’re a hit. But don’t take it from us, “Everyone who has returned after the installation marvels about them and loves the 7″ wide planks!”

She used the float installation method, having them installed over her existing floors.

Week Four Update

As Jewel moves on to building out a beautiful wall mural and getting her wool sofa ready this week for the One Room Challenge, we got some pretty beautiful glimpses of how we can expect the design for here completed room to look on top of her LIFECORE Anton Fresh Aire floors.

We love the way the natural colors really make the green in the mural pop while nicely accenting her new sconces and sofa.

Stacey’s new closet has come a long way with floors installed and holes from her previous shelving system all patched up.

Next, she’ll be getting her new closet system in place, and we can’t wait to see what the finished space will look like with those LIFECORE Anew Gentling hardwoods!

Erika’s new hardwoods, the rich brown Abella Moderna, will be arriving this week. Her countertops, cabinets and new vent hood cover are all in place and just waiting for her rich brown floors to warm up her new kitchen.

Week Three Update

Jewel installed her floors this week, pulling up her old carpet and laying down LIFECORE Engineered Hardwood Floors. If you ask us, Anton Fresh Aire has never looked better. Check out the photos and a little about her experience on her blog.

Stacey’s floors are also in (photos to come), so her master closet is one step closer to completion. Check out the sneak peak below.

We’re also excited to announce that we’ll also be working with Erika Ward, providing LIFECORE Abella Moderna floors for her kitchen.

“We chose the Abelle Moderna because we love the hand scraped texture and the warmth this color adds back to our new white kitchen,” said Erika.

Week Two Update

Stacey with Design Addict Mom (installing LIFECORE Anew Gentling) laid out her planks to see what pattern she’d want with the boards, while Jewel Marlowe was pleasantly surprised not only by the look of LIFECORE Anton Fresh Aire, but by the smell of her floors.
